No. You can make unlimited requests. We accomplish tasks one-by-one based on the priority you set.

Most requests (e.g. build a landing page) are accomplished within 2-3 business days (Monday through Friday). More complex tasks (e.g. build a new website) can sometimes take longer but we are always proactive in communicating about timelines and working with you to break requests down into manageable pieces.

You will have a single dashboard in our private notion workspace to make all requests. You can submit requests via files, video/screencasts, images, text, whatever you like. On the same page, you can view task status, timelines for larger projects, provide your feedback, and more.

Yes. If you authorize an outside contributor (e.g. designer), we'll add them to your dashboard and they can collaborate on our work like any member of your team. (We will likewise revoke access/privileges when directed by you).
