“Hustle” culture has trained people to say whatever they need to get the sale, then try to figure out delivery later. It sounds like winning. But it doesn’t work. The irony is that as much as everyone talks about “hustle” and “growth” it’s actually a limiting approach.

One telltale sign of this key is that you are able to do less “selling” and more “sorting” to find ideal fit opportunities.

The process includes both your process and the process to implement at scale. You must be able to serve clients and deliver in a way that maintains profitability as you grow without diluting the results you deliver.
