As a “white-label” partner, people often want to know about the potential risks.
Mostly, people want to ask if we are going to steal their clients or swipe their exclusive process and become a competitor.
Both of our founders come from the Agency world. We have seen plenty of shady stuff from freelancers and contract workers. In fact, we created BlockStep to solve the central problem we had as agency owners: finding reliable and trustworthy implementation support.
So, will we steal your clients? Or rip your process and become a competitor?
Short answer: No. (And no).
And the fastest way to get denied partnership (or kicked out) is to do shady stuff like steal. We only partner with people who have high standards in work and life. We have an application process to ensure mutual fit.
And we know the pains of trying to grow an agency while managing the chaos of staff, freelancers, vendors, and consultants.
We sign NDAs with all our clients so we don’t share your process or IP with anyone. (However, we may offer to introduce you to other clients if/where we see potential collaborations or complementary services that might lead to referrals, etc).
