Because we offer such a deep level of service we are highly selective about who we work with. We also meter onboarding for new qualifying new clients so that our own growth does not outpace our ability to deliver the excellent work and client experience that is the basis of our brand.

Here’s a big picture summary of our process for partnering with clients:

Step One – Application and Free Consultation

The first step of becoming a client is to apply for a free consultation call. Our goal with this application process and call is to get to know you, understand your business better, help you spot the biggest opportunities to simplify your life and be more effective–and if we can be part of that opportunity. If we agree that there is alignment we will present an offer letter with partnership details.

Step Two – Onboarding

If it makes sense to move forward together we’ll start our onboarding process. During this phase we establish communication channels, get to know your team, your capabilities, and we show you how to leverage our process and all the resources available to you as a BlockStep client.

Step Three – Let’s go!

Our goal is to help you build a healthy, more profitable, and more enjoyable business. As long as you are a client you get access to our white label implementation team, our technical experts to help you quote and design solutions for your clients, and the “hive mind” of the BlockStep community and client network.

Our client services team will check in with you quarterly to make sure you get the most value from our relationship and that you’re on track to reach your business goals
